Its been a while since I got to shoot some sport, I was invited along to The Sevens by a client who needed me to shoot some of their brandings and while there I couldn’t help myself to get out my 70-200mm canon new baby. I’m not really into rugby but I totally enjoyed shooting these men and women at The Sevens, the strength int their bodies was outstanding!

While I had a lighting set up at home a few weeks ago for some portraits of the kids, of of my dogs Yasmine decided it was her turn to be in front of the camera. She loves the attention! Im usually shooting weddings, portraits and food, but sometimes I just want to get something different, this time was just right capturing Yasmine’s facial expressions as she sat in front of the camera.Read More
A few weeks ago I had the opportunity to work with an amazing stylist Mary Kei and the very talented lighting guru Selva. Mary Kei and Selva were kind enough to offer a day of their EID holiday to shoot with me. I have been shooting food at home the last year with natural light but I lack the experience of shooting food in the studio with lighting set ups. We made a plan to use 2 sets – one tungsten lighting and one studio flash. I enjoyed using both lighting setups but boy to prefer natural light still! I love the images we came away with and am very proud to feature them in my portfolio, I must say if I had to choose I would use the flash set up! Read More
One of the most favoured breakfast food in our house is pancakes! My girls love them especially with fresh berries such as blueberries. The last six months, maybe more I have questioned my abilities, what I am good at, what I want to shoot and what makes me happy. I have loved shooting weddings the last few years and find myself more and more interested in the detail shots of the bride’s shoes, dress and flowers more appealing than the portraits – maybe I’m not cut out for people all the time!Read More
Marco Pierre White Grill Restaurant at The Conrad
